1. How do I get a birthday message on the video board?

Celebrate a birthday, engagement, anniversary, or other special occasion with a special message on the Surge videoboards.  To get your special message up at the next game call 228.287.7825; messages will generally appear during the 2nd intermission.  Please make sure to submit your request 48 hours prior to the game.  A twenty dollar ($20) donation payable in advance is required.  Payment may be made with credit, cash, or check.

Surge fans, please be advised that birthday message requests will only be accepted until we have reached our per game limit; thank you for your understanding!

2. How can I propose at a Surge home game?
If you're interested in proposing to that special someone in front of a Surge crowd here's your chance.  We will do the work to set up a very special night for you and your future fiancée which includes:

  • Two (2) tickets to a Mississippi Surge game.
  • An in-game promotion dedicated to your proposal.
  • Video Board full page complete with date, names, and congratulations, plus live coverage of the entire proposal taking place.
  • One dozen roses delivered to your significant other.

The cost for a special night like this is $250.

3. How can I sing the National Anthem at a Surge Game?

The Mississippi Surge are always on the hunt for qualified singers and are currently accepting anthem demos.  If you think you have what it takes, please submit a digital recording of you singing the U.S. anthem (a cappella only) along with your contact info to info@mssurge.com.  If we are interested in having you come sing the anthem, one our friendly game operations staff will contact you for a live audition.

4. How can I get a ride on the Zamboni during a game?

Due to insurance compliance, we regret that fans are unable to ride on the zamboni.  However, we do encourage you to sing along when you hear the ever popular Zamboni Song.

5. How can I participate in a promotion/contest during a Surge game?

All of our contestants are either pre-selected, or chosen randomly throughout the game.  Look for members of the Surge staff as they are always out in the crowd looking for our next winner or head visit the Customer Service table with your tickets in hand so we are able to locate you later in the game.

6. How do I submit my song suggestion or ask a question about in-game music?

We have some great talent upstairs in the operations booth, but we're always open to suggestions.If you have a question or a song recommendation please feel free to send an e-mail to info@mssurge.com.


7. Where can I go if I have a question or concern during a game?

If you have any questions or concerns during a game you can either ask an usher for help or go the Customer Service Counter behind section 14.

8. What time do the doors open at the Coliseum?

 Doors open for entry to Surge games exactly one hour prior to listed game time.  If you made prior arrangements to enter early, please visit the Will Call booth on located at the South Entrance.

  9.  How much does parking cost?

  The parking rate for individual games is three dollars per vehicle.  Limited VIP Season parking spots are available through the Surge office.  Contact 228.287.7825 for more information.

 Regular office hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday.
